Zuultah was the Queen of Pruul and one of Dorothea SaDiablo's pet Queens. In the beginning of Daughter of the Blood Lucivar Yaslana is a slave in Pruul. When she requested Lucivar to service her he got out of control and "shaved" her. That enraged Zuultah and he sent Lucivar to the salt mines of Pruul where he worked for several years.
Zuultah's fate is unknown but it is propable that she got killed with other tainted Blood in the witch storm released by Jaenelle Angelline.
