Glacia is a Territory that exists in Kaeleer. Glacia is a northern Territory, possibly bordering Arceria.
The people of Glacia are typically fair in coloring, having light skin and often blonde hair.
At the begining of Heir to the Shadows, this territory is led by a male council, which is in turn led by Karla's uncle Hobart. Towards the end of the book, however, Karla takes control of the Territory after her Offering to the Darkness, and banishes her uncle.
Karla's cousin, Morton, was a Warlord of the Territory.
